Zun\u00e4chst sind wir zum West Baray gefahren, einem riesigen 8&#215;2,2 km gro\u00dfem Speicherbecken aus der Angkor-Periode. Dort fanden wir nahe einer kleinen Tempelruine einen Geocache (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.geocaching.com\/seek\/cache_details.aspx?guid=7459e9c2-c080-4450-968f-5fb6a61303de\">GC20N6J<\/a>) und fuhren weiter um das Speicherbecken herum. Ein Abstecher, der uns eigentlich zu einem anderen Tempel bringen sollte, f\u00fchrte uns in eine sch\u00f6ne d\u00f6rfliche Gegend, so dass wir uns entschlossen, hier weiter Richtung Angkor zu fahren. Dort begr\u00fc\u00dften uns alle Bewohner mit einem freundlichen &#8222;Hello&#8220;, und vor allem die Kinder kamen angerannt und winkten. Witzig&#8230; Dann fuhren wir durch Angkors westliches Stadttor wieder in den Tempelbezirk zur\u00fcck, a\u00dfen noch eine Kleinigkeit und fuhren zum Hotel zur\u00fcck. Dort warteten schon unsere Bustickets f\u00fcr morgen.
